You know what as I was researching a snail that I had in my tank I came across that guy. I don't recall the link I seen him at but he is a good algae grazer. Don't send him down the garbage disposal.

Looks like a stomatella.
They are probably the best algae eaters in my tank that reliably reproduce.

Oh yea there ya go stomatella.
Do you have a couple I could possibly have? I have been battling diatoms almost since the start of my tank and I cannot seem to kick them and since I added a new bulb I just got a big bloom.
