Good news!
David James Baros (the "uncle" scumbag) finally got caught. He probably will get nothing more than a slap on the wrist if he even shows up to his court dates. But now we know his real ID. If you want to follow along with his court case or just meet this waste of human flesh in person, here is the info:

Can you believe I stumbled into this thread while doing a Google/RC search on "Garlic" ?! (because he stole Kent Garlic Extreme, it showed up in the search results!)

K isn't on the forum nearly as often, so we'll see whether he comes in with an update on the trial (or plea bargain...)
(In a short answer, notice that his RC Occupation now says Retired LFS Owner--he closed the store. A big loss for the local hobby, but a decision that was right for him at the time. It was not because of this incident, though.)
