Those are misbars, or possibly grade B semi-picassos. The white on picassos will be in random patterns all over their body. Here's an example of a pair of picassos...

You shouldn't have paid over $50 for each of yours, otherwise you got ripped off.

Their parents may have been picasso's but these 2 look like extreme misbars to me. Where did you get them? The look a little beat up, is that just the pictures?

Ditto... but it isn't like you can look at a model number or serial # to be able to tell. It is kinda subjective. I'd still say NO though. They are NOT picasso's.

Did you see them in person first, or in pics?

I didn't pay anything for them i actually traded my maroon clowns for them. And yes they are a little beat up he brought them like that to me but they are doing great and eating a lot so hopefully they make a full come back. Thank you everybody for your help.

The clown in the first pic appears to be sloughing off some intestinal lining.

These new clowns need to be put in a low stress environment with excellent water quality, and excellent nutrition + supplements.

What will you be feeding them?

There actually currently in my frag tank. And there both eating pellets and frozen food like mysis shrimp. I've had them for about 1 week now and they are doing great

They are Grade C Picasso, or Semi Picasso, pending on which breeder you got them from.
Once they fatten up they will be very nice.I see a lot of potential for them to darken up....

Everybody grades clowns slightly different, but i personally would consider those semi picassos or grade Cs.

A misbar clown i consider something different, a clown which does not have a complete bar, like my female in the pic below

Given a good diet and strong lighting the clowns you have should darken up pretty nicely
