I have a 6055 not controllable

I have a few years old tunze 6055. It runs when I just plug the power in. However, I cannot control it with the controller, 7095 to be specific. I saw that it kicks in but then stops right away when the green light on the controller for it is on.
I plugged in 2 6055's and use any mode. I move the cable around to different port, and the problem follows the pump. My guess is the cube box where the adapter and the controller cable connected to is defective. Is it fixable?

If it is the connector box, it is repairable, if it is a problem in the cable to the pump, the motor would have to be replaced, but this is still much cheaper than replacing the complete pump. I would send it in for testing/repair.
