My question is I broke the piece in 2 and now have 2 small frags but would liek them to grow on a small piece of LR so that I may place them in different areas of the tank without having them attach to the large pieces of LR in my tank.

1-How do I attache a small piece of LR w/coral polyps onto a larger piece so that it can multiply on the new larger piece of LR.

2-Can I use SUperglue and if I can how..?

Does it have to be dry
How long hsould it dry
Wouldent the fumes and toxicity kill the tank inhab.

Thanks for your help and I welcome myself to the coral propagting field.

I use epoxy for glueing rock to rock. Its a putty sold at most LFS's.Just pat dry both rocks with a towel, hold them together fore 1 minute. Non toxic.

when u have the zoo polyps off the rock... take the rubble rock u want to attach to out of the tank. dry the area u want to attach. then TRY drying the base of the zoo. put superglue GEL (has to be gel) and take tweezers and GENTLY sqeeze the polyp on the rock with superglue gel on it. wait for about 30s-1 min and put in tank. and there u go my friend.
