I have a general question..

When I went to the dealer contact, there are categories called
General Distributer, Tunze partner and wholesaler.

What is difference between these?

Just my curiosity..

I am the distributor and sell to the partners and wholesalers. Tunze Partners are what we call our retail dealers. The wholesalers sell to smaller businesses that do not meet the qualifications to buy direct from us.

Not sure what you mean. In general I like them to handle service issues if they can but sadly it seems the days of mechanically inclined people have come and gone and I just don't find many dealers who do any sort of repairs. I try to push them to stock parts and help with basic warranty issues but it isn't always possible.
