I have Ick in a large tank.... what to do?

Actually suprisingly well all fish seem healthy and are eating.

This is what I am doing

I do daily water changes (5Gal) on each 65 gallon tank to lower the salinity and to get rid of all waste because I dont really have any bio filtration set up yet, then I am feeding with garlic extreme.

All fish look better, I thought that they would be super stressed out but they all look good. I also got the red corris wrasse out yesterday I figured out how he was hidding, he hides in the sand, he is super fast at it also but he is also doing well considering all the stress he went through. Now the tusk is still my least likely to survive because he has that problem with his stomach although im not sure what it is. I think its either a parasite or swim bladder but he is also looking better everyday I have no idea how but he is. I am getting super lucky with all my fish so far Im just going to keep up the hard work and hopfully I wont lose any of my fish!!

Thanks for everyones help and concern
Brian

well my tusk died today.... RIP  I dont think that it was a bladder problem because his stomach basicaly poped today it had to be a parasite im thinking but will this spread to my other fish that I had him quarantined with??

I hate losing fish it has been a long while since I have lost a fish....

"no sick fish" is the answer. works great adn is safe for fish and inverst as well as in your reef. google it.
