I made the DC8 wireless!

OK, well not intentionally. I was securing the cord to a wall and damaged it pretty badly right at the plug. I cut the wire (damaged part) off and am getting ready to put on a new plug.
Question: The wires are Blue, Brown, and Green. I know Green is ground but which is hot and which is neutral?

Line is brown, neutral is blue.
