The Radium is probably the best for color and growth, add in some 420nm actintics and it is probably the best setup you can get.

For those trying to decide between a spotlight or a flood light style reflector, here is a great review from Sanjay. Pay attention to the spread characteristics and it becomes clear which type will work better for your situation. Spotlights are great for tanks that are tall when you need to punch through a lot of water. Floodlights are great at taking that light and spreading it around more evenly, which helps reduce the "hotspots" of light that you get with the spotlight type.
