I now have 2 tanks that total over 300 gallons so I do not think I will be saving anything If they increase the electric rates I think I will have to cut back on food :mad2:

Well they tried a while back and CC cut them to 23% I believe. But rumor has it they are free to go for the next two years and should try again. Thats another reason I jumped on solar, we are semi fixed income and I like to cover all bases I can. My tanks total about 1,000 watts now and then the heat on AC in summer. Works for us in winter though.
