I must have horrible luck! Order #A2654012-1

I placed an order about a month ago only to have FEDEX run into some bad weather and deliver about 3 days late. Well, seems like it has happened again. I have been checking the tracking all day for my delivery today and the package is still in Indianapolis (nowhere near Wash State). I checked the weather in Indy today and it was cold but sunny so not sure of the problem. Anyway... can I possibly expect this shipment on Saturday even though I didn't request Sat delivery or is it going to sit in the cold until Monday? If you don't know, I understand as it goes without saying that you guys will make good on it, but it still relly sucks as I got some very interesting DD stuff on this order.

Same thing. I hate Fed Ex. I had 2 deliveries for today they are from different companies and both shipped from California yesterday. But went 1,000 miles past colorado to Indy. I check tracking and 1 from Live Aquaria made it through but the other one did not even though they were both in Indy and checked in at almost identical times. TERRIBLE! I just got off the phone with Fed Ex and the guy said all flights are on schedule and they would try and deliver it tomorrow. But i'm sure at this point the damage is done

all fed ex shipments will go through indy, that is there flight hub

Yeah figured that. But why send them there when they know there has been inclimate weather there.

I received my order this afternoon and I have some good news and bad news: Both of the leathers are doing good, the shrimp was DOA and the pearl bubble coral has no bubbles on it only an empty skeleton. Is there a chance the bubbles will revive?

the bubbles can come back i know waitin for thr fed ex man is like waitin for christmas my delivery usually shows up about 6pm in evening just when you think he wasent coming

you can have fed ex hold your package at thier station and 99% of the time you can pick it up at 8;30 am, then theres no waiting and much less stress .

I always pick up at FED EX you can even get it on saturdays and not have to pay the additional shipping if you pick it up. Good Luck next time.
