I need a calcium reactor and some help

Hey I need to get a calcium reactor and need some help figuring it out. Are pretty much all reactors the same for the most part with some of the difference being like schuran being able to reuse the co2? I have been thinking about an MRC CR-1 but always want to fully check into things before I buy them. Is the mrc an upflow reactor? What is the spray bar for mrc and does anyone have pics of it? From what I have read a lot of people have a MRC reactor and seem to like it. I have seen very few that haven't liked it. Received a pm from a guy that hated it and said that his leaked. Any body have a problem with it leaking?

I have been through 90 pages of threads in the lighting and equipment forum. It seems that everyone has their personal favorite but no one ever says why or why not on the one that someone is asking about. I haven't really been able to fine out info on this reactor that is helpful so I am starting this thread in hopes of getting some info. Please help.

the MRC-1 Calcuim Reactor is a good reactor i have one.
I've had it for almost about a year now and have probably had it set up succesfully for about 1month.

I haven't had any issues with leaking but the inital setup isn't very user friendly

Just my .02cents when i did call Andy he was helpful in instructing me on how setting it up but it never helped so like you i came back here and asked people for pictures then i was able to hook it up
