I need a skimmer

IS this a good skimmer for a 40 gal set up I need a hang on filter for right now or any others

I used that skimmer on my old 40g tank. Had no problems, i would suggest the overflow box attachment you can get with it.

the main reason my tank is in place up aginst the wall with about 6 inches will the boxs make it stick out more
