Do you think this will be too crowded in a 125 gal with a 40gal sump?
1 blue regal tang
1 foxface lo
1 harlequin tusk
2 clown fish
1 purple firefish
1 neon pseudochromis
1 green mandarin
1 royal gramma
1 gold head sleeper goby
1 yellow head jawfish
i dont know if i can have the last two i the same tank?

Yep. The tusk, foxface and tang will all eventually need more space, IMO. Also, I'd worry about the smaller, passive fish (clowns, firefish, jawfish) in with the tusk. The pseudochromis and gramma can also bully smaller fish. If you were to drop the tusk from this list, I think you'd do well.
