saltyunderground.com sells em. For about 50 aps depending on the size of your tank you will need closer to 6 I'd guess, but it does depend on the size of your tank.

man, i wish people had them for less than $15/each especially when i need about 4 or 5. someone needs to breed these and sell them for $5.

I am waiting to hear back from Frank. I am considering breeding these myself. That is if I can sustain enough aiptasia to keep em alive. Will keep u posted.
