I need help with I.D.

So first off i have these tiny 6 legged starfish all over the place ..

obviously someone is picking on them though cause i never see one with all its legs and i have yet to find a fully mature one ... but the question i pose is what are these called cause there tons of them and you can see they are an ugly brown cover on the top ..

when they are on the rocks they are almost undetectable..... are they dangerous to my coral? They seem to be in great abundane at the lfs were talking hundreds.. however in my little 20 gal seems to be maybe 12 of them.

these guys are absolutely everywhere they seem to grow rather hard shels on just about any surface whats that all about?

I'm definitely inexpert when it come to anything beyond snails, but I'll take a guess. It looks like you have a couple of Asterina stars, a hydroid jellyfish, some spirorbids, and a cute little Collonista or Homalopoma snail. Here's a similar snail, even though it may just be a related species:
