I had a 28g bowfront with 30lbs live sand and 30pd live rock
Then I bought a 55g bowfront and an aditional 30pds of live sand and 20pds of live rock.

I need to bring everything from the 28 to the 55
Its been 1 week of cycling

I have used RO water and that stability stuff so I can get through it quicker

How soon can i transfer everthing from the established tank into the new one?

And also in the new tank I added the new rock and substrate already and am having trouble aquascaping the rocks cause the water gets cloudy as soon as i start working in there so i cant see anything

Ya I have a trigger
a goby 2 damsels

and a whole host of invert, hermits snails and starfish

Now can I throw the inverts in the new tank?

You should've/could've transfered LR and livestock from smaller tank to larger tank that has only new sand.
Then place the new pieces of LR one at a time over a month or 2 into the larger tank. (have the new rock in a seperate bin curring).
This would not cause a cycle, and is the best way to move to a new tank.

+1 I would wait for the tank to cycle before adding anything ( test kits are a must) RO water has nothing to do with the cycling process. Your trigger is going to need a much bigger tank than 55g in time, Do you know which kind he is?

your experience with the dust cloud is partially due to a new tank(precycle) as well as possibly you didn't wash the sand properly. Cycle the tank for a month or two before you transfer anything. Fwiw if you started the new tank with live rock just leave it alone and run the light for 5 hours a day. In about 8 weeks you should be good to go.
