Your picture has to either be in your RC gallery or hosted on picasa, image shack or similar sites. Copy the link to your photo and click the insert image icon. Then paste your image link and hot ok.

I use Photobucket (another free service).

Once your photos are there then under each photo you will see various "tags". It is the IMG tag that you want to copy and paste into your post where ever you want the photo to show up.

i use either imageshack.us or photobucket to host the pics. than just copy and paste the tag here on RC
