I need to order some parts.

So I looked on the web page but didn't see to order. Called Tx but got the message you are out of town. Is e-mailing a parts list best way to do it? Just need to know how to get it done.

Any parts you can order would have a shopping cart icon next to them that you can click on to add them to the basket. I wouldn't have anyway to get your cc info at the moment so if it cannot be ordered on tunze.com, aquariumspecialty.com does list our entire spare parts catalog and that would be the best option. I would have my employee ship it out as within 48hrs of getting the order.

Thanks Rodger. It's just some osmolator parts so should be no problem. The new sensor magnet holder and a pump hose. So I will look it up with aquariumspecialty.

The best bet for the mag holder is Premium Aquatics or AquaCave, they are the two dealers who have been stocking them, we don't have any in stock at the moment but expect more soon.
