I received the wrong item.

Hi,

I was just checking in. I have not yet received the extension cable for the 660 icecap that was to be sent to replace the 430 wire I received by mistake. I have not shipped the 430 cable back yet as I was waiting for the replacement to come first. I can ship it back now if neccessary. I'm not in a hurry to get it, but just checking that it is being sent.

Hi Justin,

I think the reorder was lost during our move, sorry about the delay, i just faxed our supplier and having them ship it out tuesday. If you happen to get 2 just ship that back with the wrong one, no hurry sending it back.

Hi, I just wanted to check that you received the 430 harness I sent back to you. Sorry it was so late, especially since you were so good to fix the problem. Please don't reimburse me for the shipping, I feel so bad for forgetting to send it back. Just let me know that you received it.
 
Hi Justin,

I actually don't remember getting it back, but that was right around moving time, so i have a feeling we lost a few packages during that time, probably buried in a box around somewhere, so that's no problem.

I know you said "no problem," but I don't want you to lose out on this sale. If you find it please let me know. If you don't findit let me know so that we can try and fix this. I did send it the cheapest I could by mail uninsured but maybe there is something that can be done. I am so sorry:(
 
Hi Justin,

I'm sure it will show up one of these days if it's mail service. They have been slower then usual lately.

2 weeks ago i came into work and all phone lines were disconnected. Called the phone company and they said they didn't receive our payment that was mailed a month ago. I paid it over the phone to get them turned back on, was steaming mad because they didn't even send a warning notice that we would be disconnected. Guess what, it showed up yesterday, about 3 weeks late.
