29g cube. i've had the same 2 snowflake clowns for 6 months. they were the same size when i got them, both about 1", came out of the same tank at the lfs (not that it means much since i doubt they had been there long before i got them). they haven't grown all that much, just gotten a bit plumper. one has begun chasing the other all over the tank. the one being chased seems a bit smaller now. it has taken to hiding in the rocks unless it's feeding time. before, they were both out, swimming together, all the time. the "smaller" one doesn't act sick or unhealthy...just kind of intimidated although it does get its share of food, from what i can see.

what to do?

I wouldn't do anything. This is normal because they are trying to determine who will become the female. I was in the same boat. Both my clowns were the same size, now one is distinctly bigger. The "male" doesn't hide though. He is usually right there next to her. Even after the domestic violence.

i kinda thought that might be the case. i abhor domestic violence. i hope they get it figured out soon! :D
