I think I am overfeeding my little monsters

I will feed the frozen plankton from blister pack a few time a week and small eyeball size pellets the other time (twice a day).

I have just the 2 tiny juvenile clowns in my tank.
For the pellets if they don't pluck them from mid water do the find them later? I aim to put in 4 or 5, and probably end up around 10-15.

For the blister pack frozen how many meals should one cube last for them?

Yes, you are feeding way too much. The nutrients from that much food will cause your nitrates to go way up, thus feeding algae.

How many pellets a piece twice a day? And do I just drop them.in and hope the find?

The frozen blister pack should I try to get 3 days 6 meals from them

Once the food gets down to the sand, your clownfish aren't likely to find or eat it. Hence feed them in spurts so they can devour what's in the water column. I also "throw" the pellets in with some force so they sink.

I honestly feed my fish about every 3 days and that's working just fine.
