i think my anemone is dying pls help!!!

I have a problem with one of my anemone.

All its tentacles are getting fat and is also turning brownish color, with wrinkles.

Any ideas as to what might be the problem?

Did you check all the water parameters? What is the salanity of the tank?

What type of anemone?

What color was it before hand?

What type of lights?

How long have you had it?

The anemone is a Heteractis

it was originally greenish.

Did you put any liba in the tank? Liba is a good source of trace elements that are good for the anemone.
