I think my pink anemone is dying...Help~~~

I had my pink anemone for 1 month already. It was not that healthy when I got it I think, because it didn't want to fully open up. But it still attached on the rock and feed. However, it's not sticky at all, its root cannot attach to anything, and it likes to stay on the sand in the dark with a little light... I tried to move it to a acclimator which is with high light low flow, but I found it escaped out in the next day morning, don't know how it did it... My other anemones in my tank are very healthy.

Is that the sign it's dying? Is there any way I can cure it? Thanks a lot!!!!

What size tank?
What lights do you have?
What are your current water parameters -- with numbers.
How long has the tank been set up?
What other anemones do you have in the tank?
What is the type anemone that is having issues?

All my anemones are rose bubble tip anemone.
My tank is 75G. I have two 120W LED light.
I set my tank up for one month, Nitrate 0, PH 8.2, Ammonia 0-0.25, Phosphate 0.25.
I don't think it's my tank's fault...

tank is way to young for a nem!see if you can take him back.post some pics also and put youre tank readings up so we can help.what is a acclimater.if you cant take him back stop touching him and moving him he is very capable of findinghis own spot and he will you move him.people who are new to nems and do no research think they can put them ware the want them and end up touching him and moveing him all around the tank stressing the crap out of him.no acclimater ,dont touch ,feed small pieves of food every other day the size of a pencil eraser.and keep youre water in check.then let him find a spot he will or die they dont like help moving them at all.
