I think there is something wrong with one of my clowns

Last week I moved to a new place and brought everything over in bins. The move went great and all the fish, anemones and coral seemed to do just fine. But as of two days ago I noticed my female clown was hanging out in the back of the tank behind the rock which I thought was due to stress and thought nothing of it. Then this morning I saw her at the top of the tank at a weird position and not moving that much. I have a 36gal tank as of a week ago my levels were:

Ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 15
Ph: ~8.0
phosphate: 0

I can get the new levels today when I get out of work before I do the water change.

your nitrate is rather high, but clowns do act weird when recently introduced..
