but turns out I was zapping them!

2 days ago I put a cut finger in the tank and found out that there is stray current in the tank. Switching off the main connection, removes the stray current too. Which means something is leaking current there. Also my fish died one by one in 2 weeks and the last one was swimming erratically. So I had to move him to DT. I was running CP + PP so I dont think there were any parasites on the fish, also it showed no other signs whatsoever. The fish was there for a total of 2 weeks.

My main outlet is GFCI but most of the items don't have a grounding connector. What should I do to remove the stray current? And did the current actually kill the fish? They were all small in size.
