I am looking for a little bit more blue than I have with my current T5/LED set up. I am running an 8 bulb tek light fixture, with 6 ati blue plus and 2 ati purples. I also run 2 48" Reefbrite all blue led strips. Is there another T5 combo that will give me good growth on my SPS and a bluer look? WWYD?

I used to run a 4 bulb t5 fixture and used all ATI blue plus. I liked the blue look very much. I tried one purple plus with it and quickly went back to all blue plus. You don't have to worry about PAR loss with these bulbs and I had no probelm growing out LPS and SPS corals. A bluer look will mute some coral colors but actually intensify many others. It was an easy trade off for me. You could at least swap out one purple plus since you have an eight bulb fixture.

Have you tried a coral plus instead of the purple bulbs? It will brighten things up while remaining blue.
2 purple's are going to be overkill in the reds. That is an accent bulb IMO. One is more that enough. I agree with Mike on the coral plus. That will get you a more crisp white/blue look. You may just replace one of the purples with a coral+. If that is not blue enough swap out the remaining purple with another blue+.
