IC 660 I can borrow a couple of hours?

Anyone near Ormond have an IC 660 I can borrow for a couple of hours? I'm having a problem with my T5's firing and I don't know whether it's a ballast issue or wiring and bulbs.

I just need to plug my lights in and turn it on to see if my lights will fire with a good one.
