I have my halide setup that I used before my switch to a very shallow tank. I ran them on a standard 75 and they did an excellent job. I bought them used off of RC and I used them myself for about 6 or 7 months.
-The ballasts are IceCaps. 250W. They are not the brand new style with the fins, however, they definitely took care of business for me
-The sockets are mogul style. I might be mistaken but I believe that these ballasts will run both mogul and HQI setups.
-Reflectors are standard style. They seemed to cover the tank pretty well
-I also have the 12k Reeflux bulbs that were also used for 6 or 7 months. They have the original packaging. I also have the bulbs that came with the setup - aquaconnect I believe which you can have if you want them. I ran the reeflux with no actinics for the first 5 months of having them and they had a nice color to them. add a couple of T5's to it and the corals have some nice pop to them.
-The setup is all wired and ready to plug and play
Now for the business end of this. I would love to trade these rather than sell. Cash is nice but honestly it will just end up back in the tank.... so here is what Im interested in:
Tunze powerheads (I would like some controllable ones but non controllable is ok too)
Vortech MP20 or MP40 (maybe lights plus some cash on this one)
Money wise I am asking $260. If Im dreaming let me know. Well chat about it.
