Icecap 430 with 24" T5s?

I may be able to get my hands on an Icecap 430 fairly cheaply. I would be retrofitting 3 24w 24" T5HOs into my canopy. Will the 430 overdrive the bulbs, and if so, how much? I would love to hear something soon as I will either be getting the Icecap or two Workhorse 3s. Thanks!

It can only drive 2 T5's. It will overdrive them to the tune of 40w.
