IceCap vs ARO

I'm looking for a good ballast for a 150 DE HQI. I heard IceCap is good, but does anyone know anything about ARO? Thanks

Aro Ballasts are good also,
you might want to look at these also they all have good specs but are much better prices.

Here is both ice cap and aro ballast .

Can you tell which is which? I think they are the same and ice cap makes them for aro.

BTW 2 out of the 5 halides are aro the other 3 ice cap .
