ICH Advice

I think my Powder Blue Tang and my Royal Gamma have ICH. They both have little white spots on their bodies and fins. I'm torn on whether to leave them alone or to quarantine them and treat it. I can not treat my system because its a mixed reef. I am however worried that it may spread to the remaining 16 fish.

I'm torn because Im afraid trying to catch them my stress them even further.

Any suggestions?

Its funny how things can be going so well and something like this just pops up out of nowhere.

I had a blue hippo tang last year that got ich. It only had a couple white spots and some one had previously told me if you catch it early enough to soak all the fish food in garlic. Not just supplement it but overdose the fish on it. It took two weeks but the fish beat it. It ended up getting about 3 or 4 more spots but then they started going away one by one and it never got any new ones.

Thats my experience with none medication treatment.

I use chem-marin reef/invert safe ich treatment, it is expensive but it works

I have used Kent Marine Rxp 2 time with luck both times, both times with tangs
