Ich after hypo?

Update - did final WC to bump SG back to 1.021. Puffer is looking much better but still has a few spots. Cupramine and tests showed up today. Do I wait until tomorrow to start treatment to allow final adjustment to the salinity increase? On another note, ammo and nitrites are testing 0 so I think I am fully cycled and hopefully wont have to do daily water changes, especially with the cupramine.

Easter update...after 6 weeks of cupramine both fish appeared fully cured and were looking and eating well. 10 week fallow on the 300 ended 4/19 so after removing the cupramine with carbon I did one last round of Prazipro. 3 days later the puffer was sluggish and refusing to eat. Next day found him dead. He responded well the first time so thinking the ich may have done some irreversable damage. Sad to lose a fish either way...On a positive note the foxface is still doing great. Going to add two more weeks to the fallow period on the 300 to make a total of 12 and in he goes. Next up Harlequin Tusk...followed by a new puffer (thinking dogface or porc). Going to shorten cupramine to 4 weeks after the original week of prazi then a week of observation prior to adding new additions to the tank 6 weeks QT total.
