Ich and dropsy help

Being one to go with the old "if it ain't broke don't fix it" I never qt'd my fish. Well that finally bit me in the butt after adding my venustus. Lost my multibarred angels and choati wrasse. Well now I have my venustus angels in qt being treated for ick and noticed one with what seems to be dropsy. Can I add medication to treat the dropsy while the ick treatment is going on.

dropsy is a very nasty condition... once it advances it's almost never curable. your best bet is to start furan-2. dropsy can be caused by many different things, but an aggressive antibiotics like furan-2 is typically a good start.
