ich attack conquered.. now what do I do?

I had about 15 fish in my 92g tank. I purchased a tang and then all my fish developed ich in the span of a week. They all died.

The few corals I have are doing ok but now I don't know what to do to start up again. I recovered just about all the dead fish but atleast 2-3 are missing in the rocks. I don't know if I need to do a huge water change, dump all the water and start new, or what do I do?

Thanks in advance for the help.

White spot has a 4 week life cycle.
If it cannot find a host during the free swimming stages, it will die off.

Leave the tank fishless for 6 weeks and then you can safety add new specimens after quarantining (otherwise the new fish could bring in new WS cultures)

You can actually start purchasing new fish right away if you'd like.

Just make sure they go in your brand-spankin' new QT tank, not the display tank. ;)

Sorry for the loss. Hopefully you won't have to worry about this trouble in the future.

Add something that absorbs Ammonia. If you didn't recover all the dead fish you are bound to have an ammonia spike. I would also add a Poly Fiber Pad. Keep an eye on your numbers and if things get "out of control", then and only then do a good 35-40% water change.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I also use the product Marine-Max by tropical Science to prevent disease. You may want to look into it.
