Ich can be black instead of white?

A clown fish in my fish tank has black dots in his body?
It looks like ich except for its black color.
What kind of disease is it? And how can I treat him?

There is a so-called black ich, but it is a totally different animal than the more common white spot ich. Here is information on black ich,

If it is truly black ich...a turbellarian, the treatment is different as well.
