Pretty sure my clowns have ich, just posting here for confirmation.

I thought my starry blenny might have it from how he has been acting but I couldn't tell from just looking at him. Now that I see my clowns I'm pretty sure he does.

Thanks for the help, and for the interested:

1. How old is this aquarium? 2 months

2. If less than six months old, what is ammonia level? Under .25 but above 0, hard to tell with the test kit

3. What is SG of this aquarium? How measured? 1.026 (Refractometer)

4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium? 2 Clowns, 1 Starry Blenny, all at the same time, 3 weeks ago.

5. Was it quarantined? If so, how? And how long? Was it prophylactically treated? How? No

6. If you are using a copper based medication, which one? How often do you measure level? When? No

7. If you are using hyposalinity, how did you calibrate your refractometer? No

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color? Looks fine only noticed the white specs via the picture posted.

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish?
Clowns occasionally hang near the surface but not very often. Blenny occasionally rubs his side in the sand. (I am new to the hobby so I haven't really learned what to keep an eye out for but these are both things I have read that may be sings so I am including them.)

10. Is the fish eating? What? Yes, all of them are eating. Piscine PE Mysis, Ocean Nutrition Formula II Flakes and New Life Spectrum Marine Formula Pellets.

+1 for Ich. You need to pull all your fish out and treat in a QT. Leave the DT fallow for 10+ weeks.

I recommend one of these treatment options: Cupramine or tank transfer. The latter is worth looking into in your particular case because you will only be treating 3 small fish.

Thanks.

My blenny jumped out of the tank overnight, presumably because he was trying to get some oxygen. Found him dried out on the floor.:(

I was able to bring my clowns in to my LFS (http://www.thelittlereefshop.com/) for quarantine/treatment so the plan is to go with no fish for a couple of months.

I purchased a small tank to setup for quarantine so that this doesn't happen again. As someone new to the hobby, I thought secondary tanks for quarantine were overkill. Now I know better. \

Here is a picture from this morning before I moved them,

I agree. I've lost all faith in hypo and tank-transfer is idiot proof.
