Is there any way I can treat for ICH in a reef tank? I know copper and corals don't mix. is there anything safe that I can try? I cant break down the tank to QT one fish. if there is no way to do it can I at least lower salinity?

You can remove the fish to a hospital tank and leave the DT fish free for at least 8 weeks. No fish and the ich does not survive. Then treat the fish in the hospital tank. No need to break down the dt just need to get the fish out.

Yes, and all the fish need to be treated, not just the one showing symptoms. There is no ich cure that won't kill corals, IMO.

Correct. Remember that ich is not synchronous, that is the parasites do not start and move to the next part of the life cycle at the same time.
