Feeling salty, I imagine how you feel, glad you got your fish out. Start treating with cupramine in your QT and use seachem copper test kit. If you don't have an established QT, pick up some seachem stability to aid as a bio filter. I am treating my PBT and AT at this time. My sump on my 90 QT does have LR, and I do have stability just in case of an ammonia spike. Water changes are needed, and are your best friend in combination with stability to control ammonia. So far I haven't needed to do a water change or add stability. I guess this is because the rock that came out of my DT is established rock - plentiful of good bacteria.
I also have an ammonia badge but don't totally rely on it. I have an ammonia test kit that i use as well. There is an ATO and (2)300 watt heaters on my QT. All of this to keep our little friends happy. Hope some of the info I provided helps you. I am in the early process of treating mine so your not alone.
