Just wondering how to tell apart. I cant get my fish to stay still enough for a good pic. Or to correctly identify.

My angel has some whitish spots that look a bit bigger then ich i have seen before ( i have seen the spots 2 weeks after i quartined but havent really gotten any more then 10 or so spots)
Fish seem to be breathing fast
I thought i had ich over 6 months ago and treated all fish with cupramine copper for 6 weeks in a QT but is now back (maybe)
some of the fish do the shakey thing and scratch rocks and bottom of the tank
My naso tang has some small holes in his fins( have been there since i treated 6 months ago and have not gotten any better possibly a little bit worse)
Is Hikari Liquid PraziPro Parasite Treatment good to use on inverts in the main tank or does it have to be in QT
ps all the water parms are fine "trates are showing 5-10
