Ich or hosting spots?

I can't tell if this is black ich or just my clown trying to host a coral. I never really noticed the spots before then today I saw a ton of them. I haven't seen him trying to host the hammerhead coral but that's not to say he isn't trying...any thoughts? Otherwise he is acting healthy...destroying my sand, eating, etc.

That's not ICH, Velvet, or Brook.

It appears to be NEM stings.

Thx. I don't have any nems but I'm assuming he's enjoying the stings of my hammer coral.
