Ich or lympho????

I am new to the hobby. I bought an established year old tank online and transported it to my house and have had it running almost two months. Ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate just above 0 salinity 1.024. My porcupine puffer had this white dot that looked like a white head on his forehead about a month ago. I thought it was ich and I treated my wAter with parashield since I don't have a qt tank and I have inverts. The white spot went away. During treatment time the guy at lfs said it may be lympho. Anyway another white spot is back looks exactly like the last one like a pimple but smaller just behind where the last one was. No other fish have ever showed signs of spots and the puffer doesn't get multiple spots like ich pictures show. Just the one. Two questions . Is it ich or lympho? And should I treat with parashield right away just in case again?

Probably NOT ich.
If it's Lympho it should go away on its own if your puffer is well fed and your water quality remains good.
