Ich outbreak, but also this?

Hello, I'm pretty sure I'm dealing with a pretty bad ich outbreak that I discovered this morning (I've started another thread about that). I'm about to leave work to go deal with it, but my wife sent me a pic of the foxface, and she says that in addition to the white spots, there little "bubble" looking things on him. All I have until I get home is the attached picture. Does anyone have any clue what this could be? I'm just trying to formulate a plan so when I get up me in a couple hours I can hit the ground running.

i can't see any bubble looking things in the picture. but there're some black spots?

yeah the black spots are the bubble looking things... it's tough cause on my phone i can really zoom in better.

I just looked for myself, it's Ich all over. On the foxface it just appears to be more burrowed and looks different. Ugh... the fun process of QT begins.
