ich outbreak??? need help fast

i have had my yellow tang for 2 weeks been doing ok no spots. treated my sump 2 days ago for flatworms with nox ich then did a little reseach and many people said its not reef safe so i drained my sump 40 gallons and put all new water in. i have a 125 with a a 40gallon sump. the tang has little spots on his side fins now what should i do to treat
1) remove him asap and put in another tank
2) leave it see what happens
3) treat 125 gallon reef tank
4) what to treat with

remove him asap and put in another tank... ARE there any other fish in reef tank? they should be removed too.. Never put medicine into reef tank to cure fish... A barebottom hospital tank is the way to go with plastic pipes for shelter...
