You need to setup a hospital tank and your display tank (DT) will have to remain fallow (free of fish) for 72 days. There are a couple of treatment remedies to treat Ich once in the hospital tank. I'd suggest reading how to get the hospital tank up and running, moving the fish, and then address treating it.
How big is your display tank?
The PETCO $1/gallon sale is going on in most areas. You can pick up a 10-20g tank on the cheap.
You may also consider returning the tang. You'd still have to run fallow for 72 days.

My tank was cycle for about a month ,
My display is a 55g
I dont have space where to put a hospital tank since i live in a small place

Management is easy. Feed your fish and try to keep them otherwise healthy and hope they survive the infestation.

1. Tank transfer method (TTM) my personal favorite
2. Copper treatment
3. Chloroquin phosphate ( Ich shield powder)
4. Hyposalinity. ( IMO the hardest to execute properly)
All the methods have some pros and cons. Read the links and decide which method works for you. And as Marchillo mentioned you will need to leave your DT fallow, fishless, for 72 days. Garlic, kick ich or any other in the DT will not work. Good luck

Forgot to mention if you go the management route you will still have ich in your tank and any other additions will more than likely get it.
The 55g tank isn't big enough for the yellow tang. You should see if the store will take him back.
The tank may not have cycled properly and probably wasn't ready for fish. Most people say it takes about 2 months.
What do your parameters tell you.
Not sure you'll be able to get far in this hobby without a QT or HT protocol. It doesn't take much room. A 10g tank should work and can probably fit on a kitchen counter if there is no where else. As Tony (Fishin) said the ich will stay in your tank even if you manage it and don't see symptoms.

I'd expect that to kill the tang first. There's lots of diseases fish can get and some that aren't ich will kill a clown fish overnight like yours.
Either way, I'd return the tang and get set up right. It's best to figure out all the fish you want to have and post the list in the stickied thread called "check your purchases" to be sure they'll be ok. You'll also get advice about the order to add them in so you don't put a more aggressive one in too early and have it kill off any new guys. It's the kind of thing you want to get all planned out before you start.

While you do not have a tank sized for a yellow tang, if you do indeed have ich then it's very hard to say "take it back" since you'd either infect other fish or leave you LFS with a big problem.
You need a QT tank and a way to treat your tang and quickly.

Whatever you do, DO something, don't assume this will go away or get better on its own.
