Hi I'm going crazy and just about to give up on this hole saltwater adventure. i have 2 black clowns, 1 yellow eyed tang, and a trigger in quarantine for 2 months with copper. I keep the copper an .50 and still have ich on the clowns and trigger. There not scratching but white spots are present. ***, do i have the worlds strongest ich like holy crap what do i do please help.

If you are certain it is Ich then I would suggest you do the tank transfer method.

Im am not certain its ich white spots on face and fins and every once in a while red wounds on clown fish head like little holes. Almost like he has been shot in the head if that makes sense.

Sounds like brook or uronema. History of fish?

History is bought them from lfs and put them in quarantine tank thats it. They have been i quarantine for 6 months while i put my 800 together. In copper for 2 i tried hypo for the first months but the white spots won't go away so copper is where I'm at.

They have been in copper for two months? This will slowly kill the fish.

If copper is not helping them, brook or uronema are likely candidates. You can move to formalin dips or try using metro.

Can you tell me more about this or point me in the right direction

After 2 months of copper I would expect Lymphocystis to pop up. That would account for "white dots". Sometimes those can also be a bit bloody. Other reasons for red spots could be bacterial infections.
Uronema, brook or velvet would already have killed a fish immune impaired by copper.

Pictures would definitely help to give a diagnosis that isn't based on guessing.
