Ich treatment help

i have a PBT that is showing some signs of ich, there is an eel in the tank as well. could i use a medication, because it is a fish only tank with no inverts. like use quick cure or something better. if you have a med. that would help more please let me know

Copper or hyposalinity is a quarantine tank is your best bet.
