ich treatment

I am on my 8th day of treatment of my fish for ich. my kole tang came down with it pretty bad after the first few days of hypo treatment the ich started to disappear till there was only one little spot on his fin. He was starting to eat good again. Then yesterday he started to just kind of float at the bottom of the tank and just swim in place, wasn't eating and covered in ich. Tank salinity was 1.009. I gave him a 5 minute freshwater bath. Helped a little bit. Now this morning he is losing his color and laying on his side breating heavy. Is there anything that i can do to help this fish or is it too late?

Once a fish is laying down, they are usually lost. Are you sure that the salinity was on target?
