so...can anyone confirm a product that actully works for ich and can be use in reef tank without remove all the fish?

i have heard good thing about the Fish Vet's "No-Ich" , but no experience with any kind of meds. that works for treating the whole tank, and i'm surprise that it's been so many years , still no one can come up with a solid statement to prove or show evidence of certain product that works for ich...

No-Ich uses Nitroimidazoles and is written about here:

"Treatment Option 8: 5-Nitroimidazoles

There is another class of products on the market that are alleged to be a reef-safe, alternative, anti-parasitic medication for Cryptocaryon irritans. The active ingredient of this category of treatments is 5-Nitroimidazoles. I have only used this type of product a few times, but never in a reef tank, so I cannot speak to those claims. I found these to be moderately successful against Cryptocaryon, although it required twice as many applications as the manufacturer stated on the instructions to affect a complete cure. My biggest complaint is how expensive it was, in particular accounting for the amount and time needed to affect a full cure. Anyone who wishes to try one of these products should perform a search on several of the online message boards to get additional feedback prior to purchasing. Based on my own experience alone, I cannot recommend them."

It requires about 4oz/50gals daily and at about $32/64oz for a 4 week ich cycle you can see the cost is more expensive than hypo or copper. But for a reef it may be your only method other than moving the fish to a QT for treatment.

anyone ever try this prodcut? i don't care how much it costs, as long as it works

Well good luck. Every reef safe product I have tried did nothing. What you do not want to do is the only way to rid your system of ich. If your not willing to do it then just feed well and hope for the best. All it takes is one outbreak that could wipe out your tank. Trust me I have been there...

Take the time to remove all the fish and leave your tank fishless for 12 weeks. Treat the fish in a treatment tank with cupramine for 4 weeks and be done with it. Then make sure you never put anything wet in your tank without a proper QT.

I've used this product called Protomarin Coral recently. Not much info on the web, but it comes from Germany. There's a post on RC, but not too much in detail check the Search tool. I bought it from Socal Tropical (Fullerton) for $18 (the owner swears by it). My Purple Tang and Mystery Wrasse had Ich (probably stressed out from my Ocellaris Pair chasing them). The label says it can be used directly in a reef tank w/o any problems, so I followed the directions and it worked. Ich was gone in 6 days. However, the only corals I have in my tank are Mushrooms, Toadstools, Xenias, Zoas, and Button Polyps. I originally setup my tank as a FOWLR, but when I bought some LR from a guy on RC, he gave me all his corals for free. I didn't really care if this product was going to damage my corals...all I cared about was my fish and whether my biological was going to be jacked up. So I dosed it, and I didn't lose any corals from the treatment. I even have a small Hermit Crab, and Pom Pom Crab that survived it. Nothing crashed during the treatment, and it didn't effect my biological (It will get removed with your skimmer and carbon). Mind you, this is only what I experienced and it worked for me. I even bought Cupramine and a Copper test kit, in case this stuff didn't work, and I was ready to take out all my LR and dose directly in my DT. I didn't even have to use the Cupramine, it's still in the original package sealed. It's been 2 weeks since I ended the treatment, and so far so good. No visible white spots, no erradic breathing, and no scratching on the substrate. My fish eat like pigs. They eat pellets, so I soaked them in VitaChem when I fed during the treatment. Again...this is what I experienced, take it for what it's worth.

I have used stop parasite which is "reef safe" in conjunction with melafix (I have read this combo works) and had no success.

Take the advice RBU gave you it works. Catch those fish qt/treat. Dont look for a quick fix. Its not that hard to break the tank down u can dooo it.
