Ok, i have a tomini tang that starting to have white spots on the fins. I believe it is ich.

I understand of soaking up food in garlic will help.

I do not have a QT tank and will not be able to set one up due to no tank or space.

What is the best solution to save this tang?

There are only two treatments that rid marine fishes of ich: copper and hyposalinity. Both will kill any inverts/coral in the tank, so they must be performed in a separate tank. If that cannot be done, any invertebrates must be removed prior to treatment (which lasts 4-6 weeks).
